The Chapter Championship Series

Serving King & Snohomish Counties
May, August & November

Title Sponsorship: $10,000

About the Chapter Championships

Each season, more than 300 young golfers ages 7-18 take part in a fun, educational, and competitive atmosphere at Jefferson Park and Crossroads Par-3 golf courses. Divisions are held throughout Saturday and Sunday at each location, giving participants the chance to play with others similar in age and skill level.  All groups start at the same time in a shotgun format, compete on the nine-hole par-three course and finish with an awards presentation to conclude the day.

The Championships are the culmination of the eight-week First Tee programming session. There are three tournaments per year, following the spring (May), summer (August), and fall (November) sessions.

Title Sponsorship Includes:

    • Title sponsorship and naming rights to the First Tee – Greater Seattle Chapter Championship
    • On site signage at both Jefferson Park & Crossroads Par-3 Golf Courses
    • Company logo presence on website
    • Company logo on event day awards and material

Week 9 Championship

Chapter Expansion – Snohomish County

Sponsorship: $10,000

Since its inception in 2003, First Tee – Greater Seattle has served hundreds of thousands of youth in King County across 11 program locations. In 2020, the chapter successfully expanded its reach into Snohomish County, which is an area unrepresented by First Tee for nearly a decade. We are forming new partnerships with golf courses, schools, and community groups in Snohomish County, and with expansion comes the need for financial support.

In 2020, the cost for access to each course per year was $3,000. With your support of $10,000, First Tee will be able to fully subsidize expansion across two golf courses, reaching an additional 500 youth.

Sponsorship Includes:

    • On-site signage at selected courses, promoting company as sponsor
    • Logo presence on website & registration material for Snohomish County
    • Opportunity to provide company promotional materials to golfers & families
    • Some or all of the following:
      • Foursome at the annual Ladies on the Links charity scramble at Broadmoor Golf & Country Club (Fall)
      • Hole sponsorship at the annual Ladies on the Links charity scramble at Broadmoor Golf & Country Club (Fall)
      • Hole sponsorship at the annual Swing for Kids (August) the Monday following the Boeing Classic at Snoqualmie Ridge

PGA Junior League Golf

King & Snohomish Counties
May thru August

Team Sponsorship: $500

First Tee – Greater Seattle was celebrated as a national “Gamechanger” in 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022 for having the 12th largest PGA Junior League program in the country, with 11 teams and 124 players! Be a part of the fun and ensure that every deserving young golfer has a chance to play. Your sponsorship of $500 ensures that a team of 12 has the scholarship funds they need to participate. We are proud to invite 16 sponsors to join us in 2023.

Event Sponsorship Includes:

  • Company logo on on 12 player jerseys (full team).
  • Company logo on sponsor sign, presented at every home game.
  • Social media acknowledgements prior, during and following the events.
  • Listed among sponsors in official event press release to media and publications.
PGA Junior League

Seattle Putting Championship

King & Snohomish Counties
March thru August

Supporting Sponsorship: $500

From February to August, hundreds of golfers from all backgrounds will descent upon their local golf courses for a chance to qualify for the first ever Seattle Putting Championship. In the end, 20 amateur golfers – 10 adults and 10 juniors – will have a chance to be crowned the best putter in the Seattle area. But they will have to compete against each other, and a tour professional, to get there!

Event Sponsorship Includes:

  • Company logo on event homepage and promotional materials.
  • Company logo on event signage for all qualifiers and championship.
  • Social media acknowledgements prior, during and following the events.
  • Listed among sponsors in official event press release to media and publications.
Seattle Putting Championship

Youth Scholarships

King & Snohomish Counties
Year-round

Sponsorship: $200 per student

Currently First Tee provides full or partial scholarships to 60% of its participants. Your support will help us introduce the game of golf and life skills to even more youth. We believe that all young people can benefit from positive mentorship and the opportunity to learn golf and life skills. And while not all participants will become great golfers, they can all become great people. Most importantly, cost should never be a barrier to participation, so your sponsorship helps ensure we can serve every young person who wants to play.

Impact:

  • Financial assistance for one young person in golf & life skills programs at the First Tee ($200 each).
